This is from my personal experience. I had colds and dry
throat and was feverish during the last week of January and this is what I did
to fight the virus.
1. Hydrate. I made it a habit to
drink 8-10 glasses of water daily with 5-10 drops Quantumin Plus.
2. I had runny nose. What I did is apply
the drops inside my nose 3 drops, 3 times a day. Initially, I was not
comfortable using pure drops so I added a little water and used a nose dropper.
3. I applied the drops onto my nose
bridge to the tip of my nose when I cannot breathe.
4. I also experienced sore
throat. Aside from drinking water, I
applied Quantumin Plus onto my throat area.
5. During the course of my sickness,
there were instances that my back is a little heavy and I felt some pain. I applied the drops onto my back whenever I
feel the heaviness. You may do the same on your chest.
6. After using Quantumin Plus, do
some breathing exercises. You can search these exercises in Youtube. It relaxes
your mind and removes stress.
7. Of course, take a lot of rest and
get a dose of morning sunshine daily.
Since we are all in Quarantine, it is expected that we stay
at home. However, if you really need to go out, may I advise that before you
put on your masks, apply Quantumin Plus onto
you nose and throat. Also, after meeting someone outside your home, wash your
hands and drink water with Quantumin Plus.
