A story on how Quantumin Plus helped a person with a Positive Covid-19 test results

I am Mrs. Virgina M. Lareta. I live in Guiwan, Zamboanga City.

Ito ay base sa aking personal na karanasan noong January. Ako ay nagkaroon ng sipon, tuyong lalamunan at medyo nilalagnat. Ito ang aking mga ginawa upang malabanan ang virus.

1. Uminom ng madaming liquids. Uminom ako ng tubig 8-10 na baso na may 5-10 drops na Quantumin Plus araw araw.

4. Sa sore throat o pangangati ng lalamunan, pinapahiran ko ng Quantumin ang aking leeg sa labas ng lalamunan.

5. May mga pagkakataon na hindi ako makahinga at mabigat ang aking likod kaya nagpapapahid din ako ng Quantumin sa aking likod at maging sa aking dibdib.

6. Pagkatapos uminom at mag haplas ng Quantumin Plus, huminga ng malalim ng ilang beses o mag- breathing exercises. Pwede kayong tumingin sa Youtube ng mga breathing exercises. Ito ay makakatulong para maka relaks ka at matanggal ang stress dulot ng iyong sakit.

7. At ang pinakahuli ay magpahingang mabuti. Matulog ng mahaba para gumaling at magpaaraw sa umaga.

How to fight off virus using Quantumin Plus?

This is from my personal experience. I had colds and dry throat and was feverish during the last week of January and this is what I did to fight the virus.

1. Hydrate. I made it a habit to drink 8-10 glasses of water daily with 5-10 drops Quantumin Plus.

2. I had runny nose. What I did is apply the drops inside my nose 3 drops, 3 times a day. Initially, I was not comfortable using pure drops so I added a little water and used a nose dropper.

3. I applied the drops onto my nose bridge to the tip of my nose when I cannot breathe.

4. I also experienced sore throat.  Aside from drinking water, I applied Quantumin Plus onto my throat area.

5. During the course of my sickness, there were instances that my back is a little heavy and I felt some pain.  I applied the drops onto my back whenever I feel the heaviness. You may do the same on your chest.

6. After using Quantumin Plus, do some breathing exercises. You can search these exercises in Youtube. It relaxes your mind and removes stress.

7. Of course, take a lot of rest and get a dose of morning sunshine daily.  

Since we are all in Quarantine, it is expected that we stay at home.
